2. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and applicable entry period stated on the booking.

• Tickets cannot be transferred or changed unless permitted by the attraction operator.

• Guests must present a valid booking voucher or e-ticket upon arrival.

3. Space & Time Cube – Main Hall

• Access to the Main Hall is subject to the inclusions of the selected ticket.

• Individual installations, rooms, or interactive areas may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, safety requirements, or operational reasons.

• Guests must follow all instructions provided by attraction staff.

• Appropriate behaviour is required throughout the attraction.

4. Rail Cinema

• Rail Cinema access is subject to the ticket inclusions and applicable session schedule.

• Guests must arrive in time for their scheduled session.

• Late arrival may result in missed admission or reduced experience time.

• The programme, audiovisual content, effects, or session timing may be changed due to operational or technical requirements.

5. Immersive Environment

The experience may include bright or changing lights, sound effects, visual effects, enclosed spaces, and simulated movement or cinematic effects.

Guests with sensitivities to such environments should use their discretion before booking.

6. Photography & Recording

• Personal photography is permitted only where allowed by the attraction.

• Commercial photography, professional filming, drones, or specialised equipment may require prior permission.

• Guests must comply with any photography restrictions issued by venue staff.

7. Children & Infants

• Child and infant admission is subject to the applicable age, height, and ticketing requirements.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and infants at all times.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for passports, mobile phones, cameras, wallets, valuables, and other personal belongings.

HolidayKart and the attraction are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

10. Operational Changes

The attraction may change operating hours, session timings, installations, access arrangements, or facilities due to maintenance, technical issues, safety requirements, weather, government regulations, or other operational circumstances.

11. Liability

HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for Space & Time Cube and the services included in the selected package.

HolidayKart is not responsible for delays, attraction closures, technical issues, changes to session schedules, traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, Child & Infant Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Visit

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit date/time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are 100% non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for guests who fail to arrive.

• No refund will be provided for late arrival resulting in a missed Rail Cinema session or admission.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the visit date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit and are subject to availability and approval by the attraction operator.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

5. Technical or Temporary Closure

Individual installations, rooms, or Rail Cinema sessions may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, safety requirements, or operational reasons.

The temporary closure of an individual feature does not automatically qualify for a full refund where the main attraction remains available.

6. Attraction Closure

If Space & Time Cube is officially closed or the booked experience is cancelled by the attraction operator, HolidayKart will assist with the rescheduling or refund option offered by the operator.

7. Operational Changes

Changes to session timings, audiovisual content, individual installations, or attraction arrangements do not automatically qualify for a refund where the main booked experience remains available.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

9. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the confirmed booking voucher or ticket will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or attraction-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
